- Is there role-based access control ā for example, Admin, User, and Viewer levels (think Teacher vs. Student)?
- Are there workflows to review and approve print files before they're sent to the printer? (Critical for schools that need to control what students submit.)
- Can you create groups and assign specific printers to each group?
- Are there free and paid versions of the management software?
